Bravo 3 Bellows Replacement. Bravo III / 3 outdrive repair all bellows, gimbal brg, install raw I decided to have the marina replace the Bravo 3 bellows, gimbal bearing, lube, winterize, plugs, etc From a bellows replacement standpoint, I don't think there is really much difference between an Alpha I Gen II and Bravo I or Bravo III, the shift cable is a little different, but the 3 bellows - u-joint, exhaust and shift cable along with the gimbal bearing are not - a little bigger than the Alpha, but the procedure to change them is the same.

New OEM Mercruiser Bravo I, II & III Bellows Repair Kit. (I have a couple of threads here in the Mercruiser section that you can view) Gimbal bearings are easy. The shift setup is a little different, if anything the B3 is easier and quicker to replace.
